How to use Bondcrete
Surface Preparation
Before applying Bondcrete as a sealer, you must prepare the surface properly. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from contaminants such as dirt, dust, grease or loose particles.
Dilution
Bondcrete needs to be diluted before using as a sealer. Specific dilution ratios vary depending on the porosity of the surface. Generally, a ratio of 1 part Bondcrete to 4 parts water is used for sealing.
Application
Stir diluted Bondcrete mixture thoroughly. Apply a sealing coat of diluted Bondall Bondcrete 1 to 4 parts water by brush, roller or spray. Leave to dry for 12 hours.
Note some surfaces may require an initial coat of 1 part Bondcrete to 6 parts water before applying a second coat of 1 part Bondcrete 4 parts water.
Do not seal floor with Bondcrete if you intend to use oil based paving paint
